The term ‘dharma’, often referred to as the path to essence, is our true duty, the deep law or Way.
Dharma is the way of inner being, an inherent deep law of existence. When we follow dharma, we move in harmony with essential nature, and we move in synchronicity with it.
We all have a deep restlessness, a longing to be whole, to be complete, to move beyond the divisions of you and I, and this deep longing within the human spirit is the call of dharma.
Through Conscious Self-Discovery we learn the path of embodying your truest and highest nature. You will learn clear guidelines on how to be in the world in a way that allows you to express your highest human potential and how to focus your thoughts and actions so as to cultivate harmony and respect within your own life and all life forms. You will learn how to embody spiritual values in your daily life, how to harmonize breath, body and mind, and how to direct your mind toward the divine Self.

It will bring into focus your unique contribution in this lifetime, in terms of your profession/career and your roles in life such as partner, mother, daughter, sister, friend etc. which manifests in your unique propensities, materializing as your personality and natural demeanor, and how within these lies your highest potential waiting to be manifested. We use a unique blend of Ayurveda, Vedic Astrology and knowledge together with the Positive Psychology assessment tool, CliftonStrengths to weave a powerful understanding of your Dharmic purpose.
